General terms of business with important customer information
Area of application:
Exclusively these general terms of business count(apply) to the business connections between NEWSTARTCENTER - Hohenegg 1 D-79692 to Raich and the customer. Herewith NEWSTARTCENTER does not recognise(accept) standing in the way or from these Terms and Conditions divergent conditions(terms) and contradicts them expressly. Standing in the way terms of business of the customer are only valid if NEWSTARTCENTER agrees expressly and in writing.
Of contract end:
By clicking the badge " order(appointment) send(send off) " you deliver(give off) an obliging(binding) order(appointment) of the goods(wares) contained(covered) in the goods basket. The confirmation of the entrance of the order(appointment) follows(results) immediately(directly) on sending(on sending off) the order(appointment). The bill of sale comes about with our delivery confirmation or delivery of the goods(wares).

Delivery times:
