Nackthafer ist eine besondere spelzfreie Sorte, die die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe bewahrt. Er ist mild-aromatisch im Geschmack und leicht verdaulich. Nackthafer sollte immer frisch vermahlen verwendet werden.
Verwendung: Als ganzes Korn oder geschrotet ist der Nackthafer lecker in Salaten, Bratlingen, Getreidemischungen und vor allem als Frischkornbrei.
