Herstellung:
Rapunzel Pasta Speciale wird aus ausgemahlenem italienischem Emmergrieß und reinem Quellwasser nach alter Tradition hergestellt. Sie enthält 65% des Getreidekorns. Nach der Pressung und Formgebung durch die entsprechende Matrize, erfolgt die langsame und schonende Trocknung über 24 Stunden bei maximal 60°C.
