Herstellung: Rapunzel Dinkel-Spirelli Vollkorn werden aus deutschem Dinkelvollkornmehl hergestellt. Es enthält 98% des Getreidekorns und zu 100% den Keimling. Nach der Pressung und Formgebung durch die entsprechende Matrize, erfolgt die langsame und schonende Trocknung über 4 Stunden bei maximal 90°C.
Hinweis: aus deutschem Bio-Dinkel, ohne Ei
Dosierung: 1 Liter Wasser je 100 g Nudeln. Kochzeit: 12 Minuten
