Verwendung: Diese edle Mischung aus Rotem, Schwarzem und Weißem Quinoa überzeugt durch ihre ansprechende Optik. Der milde Weiße Quinoa und die aromatisch nussigen Roten und Schwarzen Quinoasorten bilden ein abgerundetes Geschmackserlebnis. Quinoa ist die ideale Grundlage für kreative Salate und Beilagen. Die feine Mischung behält bei der Zubereitung ihre ausdrucksstarke Farbe und kocht locker und körnig.
200g ergeben 2 Portionen 1. In einem Topf die 2 1/2 -fache Menge Wasser zum Kochen bringen. Nach belieben etwas Salz hinzufügen. 2. Roten Quinoa zugeben und 15 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen, bis das Wasser ganz aufgenommen wurde. Gelegentlich umrühren.
