Die wildwachsende Blaualge Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae (AFA) gedeiht im Upper Klamath Lake in Oregon / USA. Wir bieten sie in Bio-Qualität aus ökologischer Aquakultur an. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ihr signifikanter Gehalt an Vitamin B12, welches für den Aufbau neuer Blutkörperchen, für Zellwachstum und die Funktion von Nervenzellen zuständig ist. Schon 3 Tabletten AFA-Algen decken den Tagesbedarf an Vitamin B12 (gemäß DGE).
Verzehrempfehlung:
Eine Mindestmenge von 3 Tabletten a 500 mg (= 1,5 g) bzw. 2 Messlöffel Pulver täglich wird empfohlen.
3 Tabletten bzw. 2 Messlöffel decken den Tagesbedarf an Vitamin B12 (gemäß der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ernährung).
