| Herstellung | Das Kokosnussfleisch wird in heißem Wasser gewaschen und zerfällt. Danach
wird die Kokosmilch durch Pressen extrahiert und anschließend pasteurisiert
(86 ºC/15 Sek). Vor dem Abfüllen wird der Fettgehalt (22 %) eingestellt und die Milch anschließend homogenisiert. Nach dem Abfüllen werden die Dosen sterilisiert (125 ºC/22 - 27 Min.). |
