Mit der besonders feinen und geschmacksneutralen Pfeilwurzelstärke gelingen feine Soßen und Suppen, Cremes, Pudding und süßes oder salziges Gebäck. Pfeilwurzelstärke ist häufig auch unter dem Namen Arrowroot bekannt. Die ARCHE Pfeilwurzelstärke wird noch heute auf der Karibikinsel St. Vincent durch Auswaschen gewonnen. Mit viel Wasser wird die Stärke aus der tropischen Pfeilwurzelpflanze herausgelöst und schonend getrocknet.

Tipp: Besonders feine Kuchen oder Biskuit gelingen Ihnen, wenn Sie einen Teil des Mehls durch Pfeilwurzelstärke ersetzen.
